Basecamp has been designed to incorporate the natural surroundings in which it is located. We aim to protect the integrity of the land to ensure that the delicate ecosystem is protected and will remain in pristine condition for future generations to enjoy.

Only 28 freehold, 3.5 to 7 acre bare-land strata acreages are available at Basecamp. Most have commanding views of the Salish Sea in Desolation Sound, others offer coveted beachfront locations. All of our acreages have access to 30,000 sqft of private beachfront. All lots come with a private water well and have power connection to each lot.
